Park Rental Disclaimers

operational hours for cascade park: daily 7:00 am - 10:00 pm

  • all persons must submit a facility rental request form and payment must be made in full in CASH/MONEY ORDER a the time the request is submitted to be placed on the calendar.

  • cancelling of facility reservations are non-refundable but can be re-scheduled pending Availability.

    • party day closure-if an emergency event such as inclement weather or a power outage occurs, management has determined that the “cascade park”, will not be open for the day. your safety is our utmost priority.

  • participants must adhere to all posted rules and regulations at each facility.

  • all trash must be placed in trash containers or removed before vacating premises.

  • renter agrees to pay for all damages to property, trash pick-up and for any other charges that may be incurred as a direct result of their use.

  • cameron county drainage district #1 - cascade park reserves the right to stop/prohibit use at any time if any of the above rules are violated.

  • patron agrees to indemnify and hold harmless cameron county drainage district #1 - cascade park, it’s agents and employees from any and all liability or damages resulting from use of the park facility.

  • security (some cases) etc., concerts, runs, walks, fund-raisers, tournaments and festivals.

  • no ALCOHOLIC bEVERAGES may be SOLD at the park.

  • persons listed on the application form is responsible for vandalism, breakage or damage to the park Facilities and equipment during the hours specified on Application form.

  • carnival rides, mechanical or electronic rides are nOT ALLOWED at the cascade park.

  • horses, including pony’s, are nOT ALLOWED at the cascade park.

  • generators are NOT ALLOWED to be pLUGGED into facility outlets.


  • only basic electric services are provided at the pavilion. dAMAGE TO ELECTRICAL SERVICE DUE TO CUSTOMER OVERLOAD MAY BE CHARGED AGAINST THE DEPOSIT

  • only provided pits may be used. outside Barbeque pits Are NOT ALLOWED.

Cascade Park: Splash Pad - Rules and Regulations

splash pad may be closed at any time due to weather, Maintenance or other operational concerns.

  • splash pad is unsupervised and is intended for children under the age of 14.

  • all children under the age of 10 must have adult supervision (over the age of 18).

  • babies and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers; other forms of diapering are NOT allowed.

  • appropriate swim wear must be worn: bathing suits and t-shirts aRE appropriate swim wear.

  • children are nOT allowed to swing, climb, hang or pull on the splash pad equipment.

  • no running or rough play.

  • no food or drink is allowed on the splash pad, there are designated areas or eating and Picnicking around the splash pad area.

  • absolutely NO GLASS BOTTLES of any kind are allowed on or near the splash pad or any other portion of the park. patrons may be asked to leave if patrons are found in possession of glass bottles.

  • no pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the splash pad area; however, pets on leashes may be permitted to be brought into designated portions of the park, but never the splash pad area.

  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED on or around the splash pad area.

  • for your safety, the splash pad may be placed under video camera surveillance.

  • the splash pad will NOT BE RESERVED for parties; it is on a first come first served basis.
