Cascades Park is a Blueprint 2000 project that exemplifies the Agency’s commitment to preserve, protect, and enhance the community’s quality of life through the implementation of holistic and coordinated planning, transportation, water quality, environmental, and green space projects. Cascades Park will be the social capital center of our community encompassing the arts, entertainment, history, education, wellness and pride. Upon completion, with its Meridian Plaza and Amphitheatre, Capital HealthPlan Multi-use Trail & Bike Paths, Interactive Water Play Plaza, Boca Chuba “Big Mouth” Sculpture Water Fountain, Smokey Hollow, Timeline Fence and many other Furnishings, Cascades Park will be where we hold our most festive and memorable occasions and where we host activities that run the full range of human interest — art, learning and commerce.
